REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel good about every purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds work on The Forge. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products — One-time Purchases
Ebooks, audiobooks, premium bundles, and the Complete Forge System are digital goods. Once delivered, they are typically non-refundable because the content has been transferred to you. However, we honour refunds in these situations:
- Within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not substantively accessed the content (reading progress under 20%, no PDF downloaded for offline use)
- Technical issues we cannot resolve — file corruption, persistent inability to access the content, or duplicate accidental purchases
- Wrong product delivered due to a system error on our side
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card network.
2. Subscriptions — Forge Starter, Forge Pro
Subscriptions billed monthly or annually can be cancelled at any time from your Account → Subscription page.
- You retain access until the end of the current paid period — we do not pro-rate or refund partial periods (industry-standard grace).
- Auto-renewal stops immediately upon cancellation. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your first subscription charge, we will issue a full refund and revoke access immediately as a courtesy.
- Annual plans billed in advance: refunds within 14 days of the initial annual charge are pro-rated based on usage. After 14 days, no annual refunds.
3. Forge Elite — Lifetime Membership
Forge Elite is a one-time payment granting lifetime access. Because of the value delivered, refunds for Elite are offered only within 14 days of purchase and only when the user has not substantively engaged with the platform (less than 10% of the catalog accessed, no exclusive Elite calls attended).
4. Failed and Duplicate Payments
If Razorpay successfully charges your card but our system fails to deliver the order (or the same order is charged twice), email forgeverse@entertheforge.cowith your Razorpay payment ID. We’ll resolve within 48 hours — either deliver the missing access or refund the duplicate charge.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before raising a chargeback with your bank or card network, please contact us. Most issues can be resolved within 24 hours through our support email. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will be contested with delivery proof; if upheld against us, your account access will be permanently revoked.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to forgeverse@entertheforge.co including:
- The email address on your Forge account
- Order number or Razorpay payment ID (look for “Order #XXXXXXXX” in the receipt email)
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, who will route the amount back to your card or bank within 5–10 business days.
7. Currency and Tax
Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency (INR for Indian users, USD for international). Any GST or applicable tax included in the original charge is also refunded. Exchange-rate variations between the purchase date and refund date are not compensated.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes apply to purchases made on or after the “Last updated” date at the top of this page; purchases made under earlier versions are governed by the policy in force at the time of payment.
